16 RSS Feeds Worth Checking Out
In fact, do the last one first.
What you CAN do is boost your immune system. The best ways and the most natural ways:
1. Avoid as much sugar as possible. I don't know who that guy is in the video comments who said Vitamin C doesn't work, and I don't know what his credentials are, but I can tell you he's incorrect. To put it extremely simple, vitamin C is necessary to produce white blood cells. And without white blood cells, your body doesn't have an immune system.
Vitamin C and sugar have a very similar structure and are absorbed into cells through the same proteins. If there is too much sugar in your body, the Vitamin C cannot be absorbed, white blood cells aren't made, and your body's infection wins.

2. Exercise. I'm not talking a marathon here. I'm just saying maybe 30 minutes of cardio. This will do three main things:
1. Boost the production of macrophages. These are the bacteria fighting white blood cells.
2. Circulate blood through the body faster. Distributing nutrients as well.
3. When the body's core temperature is raised, it inhibits the growth of bacteria, making it easier to kill.
